Orders and Payment

You may choose to pay by any of the following methods

  • Credit Card with delivery by Courier (Visa and Master Card)
  • Credit Card with  local collection from our office in Dubai Silicon Oasis
  • Cash on Delivery (UAE only)
  • Self-collect with cash payment from our office in Dubai Silicon Oasis

No, currently COD service is only available within the UAE except for no service areas.

Your credit card may be refused for any of the following reasons:

  • You may have entered some information incorrectly. Check that you have filled in all the required fields correctly.
  • The card may have expired. Check that your card is still valid.
  • You may have reached your credit limit.
  • Yes, the data is transmitted SSL-encrypted. For payments with Visa and Master card only SET transactions (secure electronic transactions) are accepted.

Shipping and Delivery

Currently we ship all over the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Oman, Kuwait, Bahrain and India except to restricted areas.

Products are shipped 2 – 5 business days from day of order.


Local pick up within UAE is free of cost.

Returns and Exchange Policy

Yes, you can exchange any product as long as it is unopened and un-used. Please contact our customer care at 043929312 (9.00am-6.00pm) 5 days a week from Sunday to Thursday.

We only sell items in perfect condition so, in the rare event of receiving a faulty item, please contact our customer care at 043929312 (9.00am-6.00pm) 5 days a week from Sunday to Thursday.

If you have accidentally received an item that you did not order, please contact our customer care at 043929312 (9.00am-6.00pm) 5 days a week from Sunday to Thursday and they will assist you immediately on Returns (for details please refer Returns policy).

No – once, place my order button has been clicked no order can be cancelled.
